Conjunction Junction, what's your Function?

I was eating dinner tonight and Hyrum randomly broke out into song: “The brain controls the system and the spine is the line,” and a bit later, “I’m a victim of gravity, everything keeps falling down on me!”.

Last week, we checked out a video called Science Rocks from the library. It’s a collection of a bunch of old schoolhouse rock tunes. It has been fun listening to the kids sing the lines they’ve memorized from watching it. It is especially funny to hear Hyrum. Not only does he sing the lines, but he starts conversations regarding the facts that he’s learned from the videos.

We took a library trip tonight and returned the video. I’m sure that I’ve not heard the last of the songs, though.
