Duh, Dad

Hyrum and I were at the Doctor's office yesterday. There was a sink in the office, much like the one shown above, with foot pedals that controlled the water flow. I thought I would give Hyrum an exercise in critical thinking:

"So Hyrum. Why do you think they have the controls for the faucet down there?" I asked pointing to the foot pedals.

Without a second thought, Hyrum immediately responded, "Because they don't have any up there!" and he nodded towards the top of the sink.

I guess he passed my test. . .
