Attended the first day of a two day conference by the Arbinger Institue today. I love their work and I am excited for tomorrow. I will post more of the conference at a future date.

Bite My Shirt?
Anna was trying to bite Reed. Just as I was going to intercede, Reed grabbed a fold of his shirt, held it out to Anna, and pleaded: "Here, if you're gonna bite something. . .bite my shirt!"
What a great lesson in parenting. Don't just tell your child "No!", but give them an acceptable alternative. Thanks for the lesson, Reed.

Just setup Google alerts for the word Arbinger about 30 minutes back and already, I am connected to your blog.
Great to see you are enjoying the Arbinger seminar.
We will meet again online when you complete the second day.
